Rwanda is interested in experienced professionals from Switzerland who are willing to share their expertise and professional experience in order to help the young professionals progress, generate opportunities and build a long-term source of income. For Neza Rwanda, one thing is certain: giving is more rewarding than taking! Rwanda brings together many young enthusiastic people with basic education and high potential. Their knowledge is in demand and can be used in a variety of ways in Rwanda so that the impact can be multiplied. The recognition and admiration of your mentees will make you more than happy!
Content of the project
Your contribution will combine extraordinary experiences with real impact. You will teach Rwandans who are eager to learn, share your expertise, help with comprehension problems, and learn more about the country of Rwanda and its people. Importantly, this experience is a two-way affair. It's not just about the help and skills you bring, but also about what the country and its people can give you in return.
We are looking for professionals to stay for 1-4 weeks in the following field:

Gastronomy: customer service, bar service, sommelier, cooks, bakers

Requirements
Good knowledge of English, French is an advantage. During your stay you will have the opportunity to improve your language skills at a language course.
